more the drinking district of the city. Although not the most pleasant of places, this
area is the best if you are out with a group of friends and want the party feeling. There
are lots of bars lined up for you all down the street, which creates a great buzz in the
air. A pub crawl could also be easily organised, with great pubs in the area like the
Shamrock, the Cosmopolitan, The Ayers Rock, The Abreuvoir with all their own
uniqueness, will entertain and serve your wishes with their great collection of beers
and wines. There is also dancing venues in this area. Pubs in the area that are
recommended, would be the Mi - Graine and the Marquise which are really lively and
full of all sorts of music, plays and entertainment.
The area around the Saone Riverside is also very lively and from the Saint Jean to
Vaise has great pubs. The main pubs of choice in this area would be the 42, the Hot
Road and the Central Paul.
